Overview

For our clients to successfully fulfill their mission, they must have employees with the right skills in the right positions at the right time. This is not an easy task. Selection and placement of talent within an organization must be its #1 priority. Unfortunately, in most organizations, critical selection decisions are made infrequently, without optimal information and under the pressure of time constraints. In addition, most organizations do not capture or retain a record of their decision-making actions for later review and refinement. It becomes more difficult to learn from their mistakes or capitalize on their strengths.


Objective

The objective of RedMitten .com is to provide a systematic approach to the identification and selection of critical talent for key positions within the client’s organization. The RedMitten .com methodology will provide:
  • A predictable approach to identifying, attracting and retaining superior talent.
  • Objective data for the use in making selection decisions.
  • A useful record of the basis for our selection actions and decisions for later review and refinement.

Selection Process

The selection process begins with the need to make an appointment to a key position and is completed with the selected candidate successfully completes their six-month performance review. This process may be done quickly or it may take a long time. The overriding objective of the process is to place the right candidate with the right skills in the right position.


Our Talent

Dan Hanyzewski has been engaged in recruiting for over twenty years. He has participated as a member of the Corporate Staff, on a Retainment Agreement as well as an exclusive Contract Staffing Agreement for companies whose businesses range from Integration Services, Hardware Computer Manufacturing, Telecommunications providers, Internetworking organization to most recently the IT services industry.

Dan most recently held the post of Director of Worldwide Staffing for Lucent / INS and Director of North American Recruitment for iGate formerly known as Mastech. He has been integral in the staffing organizational development of several firms including but not limited to, Data General, SHL, Ameritech Information Systems, Motorola and Cisco Systems. He has worked extensively with the Executive Branch of these and other organizations and has been regarded as an important resource.

Dan has demonstrated a consistency and an acute awareness of what is required to add value to the services he is chartered with providing.

Nancy Hanyzewski is a seasoned recruitment specialist with over 5 years of experience in attracting talent at all levels of an organization. She has worked with companies whose businesses range from the Wireless Industry, Software Companies, Hardware Computer Manufacturing to most recently in the B2B Professional Services Industry.

Nancy most recently held the position of Recruiting Manager for a start-up company Plan4Demand and Recruiting Manager for eJiva, Inc. a spin off company from iGate formerly known as Mastech.Nancy knows how to quickly build resource lines from the ground up, having taken on this role for major corporations such as Baan, Aspect Communications, Unisys, and Western Wireless.

Nancy has a strong background in full life-cycle recruitment and account management within the IT Industry to include, Team Management, Sourcing, Qualifying, Screening, Resource Forecasting, Recruitment Methodology and Closing to expand the client's business.

Our Staff consists of several seasoned professional and technical recruiters, web sourcers and program management individuals. They all possess a minimum of 5 years experience with a diverse background in industries, skill disciplines, and levels.
