Executive Summary
Dan has been engaged in recruiting for over twenty years. He has participated as a member of the Corporate Staff, on a Retainment Agreement as well as an exclusive Contract Staffing Agreement for companies whose businesses range from Integration Services, Hardware Computer Manufacturing, Telecommunications providers, Internetworking organization to most recently the IT services industry. Dan most recently held the post of Director of Worldwide Staffing for Lucent / INS and Director of North American Recruitment for iGate formerly known as Mastech. He has been integral in the staffing organizational development of several firms including but not limited to, Data General, SHL, Ameritech Information Systems, Motorola and Cisco Systems. He has worked extensively with the Executive Branch of these and other organizations and has been regarded as an important resource. Dan has demonstrated a consistency and an acute awareness of what is required to add value to the services he is chartered with providing.

- Created and implemented an on line Employee referral program that now generates 26% of our Market hires.

- Direct staff in the utilization of multiple resources (i.e., research, WEB advertisement, and third party vendors).
- Design, Coordinate, Implement and Manage national and international staffing campaigns via major industry shows (i.e., Interop, Comdex, Netconnect and Comnet).

- Developed a career assessment program that would facilitate 20 to 25 face to face interviews over a two day period resulting in no less than eight hires per program. This was done in major Cisco locations across the Eastern half of the U.S. and then later adopted in the West as well.
